Park Rules.

Welcome to The Park Jamestown. We hope your stay with is will be an enjoyable one. To ensure that your stay and that of others is enjoyable, we ask you to comply with the following conditions:

Bookings

·      All fees are payable in advance (upon sign in).

·      No refunds will be given within 3 days prior to the day of arrival.

·      Departure time for all cabin/villa guests is to be no later than 10am on the day of departure, unless prior arrangement has been made with management. Additional costs may apply.

·      Departure time for sites is 11am.

 

Pets

·      Pets are not permitted inside any Park building and are to be kept on a leash at all times. Pet owners must comply with all other requirements of the pet policy.

 

Cabins/Villas

·      Cabins/Villas must be kept clean and tidy at all times. Any items damaged beyond repair will incur charges to the guest, at replacement value.

·      Lights, taps, air conditioning and appliances mush be turned off after use.

 

Sites

·      All sites must be kept clean and tidy at all times.

·      Caravans must be parked with A-frame pointing towards internal road, and kept within site boundaries.

·      No more than one motor vehicle per site, unless prior arrangement with management. Additional vehicles, can be parked on Ayr Street or Bute Street.

 Outside Areas

·      Clothes should be pegged on the clothesline and removed when dry. Please do not leave washing soaking in laundry troughs or in the washing machines/dyer.

 

Caring for the environment

·      Please care for the environment by separating your rubbish and placing garbage, recyclables, bottles and cans in the corresponding bins provided.

·      BBQ area must be left clean and tidy with all rubbish deposited into bins provided.

·      NO FAT is allowed to be poured down the sink drains or site drains.

·      Whilst we all love a good campfire, it’s the clean-up that no-one likes. The Park has a central communal fire, where firewood is supplied, for use during non-fire ban periods.

  

Behaviour

·      Guests are requested to refrain from using any type of loud or offensive behaviour. Noise is to be kept to a minimum between 10:00pm and 7am. Please consider the needs of other residents.

·      The Park has a non-smoking policy in all shared areas including cabins, amenities, camp kitchen and reception office. Smokers are requested to respect other guests when smoking. Breaching this rule will result in fines up to $500 being issued at managements discretion.

·      Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s behaviour.

·      Children (under 10 years) should be supervised at all times whilst in the amenities block and camp kitchen.

·      Guests are to ensure their visitors abide by The Park rules and are courteous to other guests

·      Acts of vandalism and volatile behaviour is not tolerated and will result in immediate eviction, without a refund.

·      In the interest of all guests, failure to comply with The Park Rules may result in eviction from The Park. Management reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time, without a refund.

  

Vehicles

·      No washing of vehicles or vans is permitted within the park. There are a vehicle washing facilities at Kelly Toyota on R.M. Williams Way.

·      Speed limit for any vehicle within The Park is walking pace at a maximum of 10km/hr

·      Only one motor vehicle is permitted per site. Additional vehicles are permitted with the approval of The Park manager.

·      Visitor parking is to be on Ayr Street or Bute Street.
